Dr. STEVE MASCIO established his Family & Occupational Medicine Practice in Follansbee, West Virginia in 1996. He is licensed in West Virgina, Ohio and Pennsylvania with certifications from the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners and the American Board of Osteopathic Family Practice. He is an affiliate at Weirton Medical Center and the Chief-of-Staff at Acuity Specialty Hospital.  Dr. Mascio's education includes the Board of Regents BA from West Virginia University. He also graduated as Doctor of Osteopathy from WVSOM in Lewisburg, WV, Dr. Mascio completed a Rotating Internship at St. Francis Central Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA and Residency in Family Practice at Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, WV. He is active with the Medical/Dental Staff of WMC, American Academy of FP, the West Virginia Society of Ostepathic Medicine, American Osteopathic Association, American College of Ostepathic Family Physicians and Brook County Medical Society. Dr. Steve Mascio serves on the Advisory Board and the Medical Executive Committees of The Health Plan of the Upper Ohio Valley and the Jefferson County Children Services Multi-Disciplinary Team. Dr. Mascio is the Clinical Assistant Professor at WVSOM, WVU School of Medicine, Marshall University School of Medicine and the Franciscan University School of Nursing.
